This policy describes how Auction Alpha handles information during its private beta. It is intended for the current beta service and should receive legal review as the service and business develop.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide when requesting access or creating an account, such as your name, email address, business name, and description of your current workflow. If you use the service, we process uploaded manifests, normalized inventory records, analysis inputs, saved assumptions, and related results. We also process authentication and account information and basic technical information needed to operate, secure, diagnose, and monitor the service, such as timestamps, request identifiers, error categories, and service logs.

How we use information

We use information to review beta requests, provide and improve the service, authenticate users, process manifests, generate analysis, support users, prevent misuse, monitor reliability, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and integrations

We use service providers for hosting, database and authentication, monitoring, and transactional email. Marketplace and data integrations may receive product identifiers or search terms needed to retrieve market evidence. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the beta, but no system can guarantee absolute security. We retain information while it is needed to operate the beta, support accounts, protect the service, and satisfy legal requirements. To request deletion of your beta request or account data, reply to the email through which Auction Alpha contacted you.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the beta changes. The effective date above will identify the current version. Questions or privacy requests may be sent by replying to the Auction Alpha beta email or other contact channel provided directly to you.
